Meadow Creek Woods

Meadow Creek Woods consists of 1743 privately owned acres of Cumberland Plateau lands in their natural state. A variety of terrain provides an adventurous environment for exploration. Trails wander along Meadow Creek under tunnels of Rhododendron, along bluff lines, and through verdant forest. Watch for signs of animal life as well as evidence of early human habitation. On a hot day, take a dip in the creek.
Meadow Creek Woods is uniquely open only by appointment providing private, guided hikes with exceptional seclusion. Cost varies by choice of hike and length (2-5 hours) but range from $10 to $20 per person with a minimum of 4 hikers. Picnic lunches, bottled water and drinks are available. Hikes are considered easy to moderate. Full descriptions of hikes including features are available.
