Allardt, Tennessee's Pumkin Festival is the first Saturday in October and celebrates giant pumpkins. The event features a pumkin weigh-off for world record consideration, craft and food vendors, entertainment, a car show, a parade, and fireworks. Our mission is to provide a weekend of family fun and entertainment, as well as appreciation for giant pumpkins and other remarkable vegetables.


The Boutique is the Upper Cumberland's destination for affordable, trendy clothing & accessories. They also provide a great environment for your lunch break. Make sure to try one of their generous salads with a fresh muffin, a chicken pot pie or choose from over 40 varieties of loose leaf tea.


Droping over 60 feet from a rock ledge, Northrup Falls of Colditz Cove State Natural Area is one of the most photogenic waterfalls of the Cumberland Plateau. It flows through a scenic narrow gorge along Big Branch Creek amidst some of the largest old growth stands of hemlock and white pines that can be seen in the plateau region.
