Cummins Falls was recently dedicated as the 54th State Park in Tennessee. It cascades 50 feet into one of the best swimming holes in the southeast. The hiking to the base of the falls was previously quite risky and mostly accessible to a younger more adventurous crowd, but work is currenlty underway to make this swimming hole and the falls accessible to all.

The Cordell Hull Wildlife Management Area contains over 25,000 acres of hunting and fishing lands that surround the Cordell Hull Lake and includes the Cordell Hull Refuge. Camping is available at the Corps of Engineers Roaring River Campground.

The Roaring River Recreation Area has over 12,000 acres owned by the US Army Corps of Engineers and is a great place for hiking, swimming, boating, hunting, and fishing. The park is located on the Cordell Hull Lake, named after the famous Father of the United Nations that was born and raised nearby.

The Granville Museum tells the story of the riverboat town of Granville, Tennessee. The museum contains a great pictorial display of every aspect of the history of Granville. Many historical items from homes, businesses, schools and the community are on display. The museum features a military, school and music room and a room with furnishings depicting a home in the early 1900's.

An anitqiue tractor and car show, bluegrass music, and a varitety of food vendors make this a very popular small town festival.
