Good Neighbors Theatre, Inc. got its start under the direction of the Friends of Cordell Hull in 2000, later becoming a separate organization. It was incorporated and achieved its non-profit 502(3)c status in 2002. GNT, an all-volunteer organization, has been hosting performances of all kinds—plays, dinner theater, mystery theater, music and magic—since its start.


Since 1998, Holly Ridge Winery has been producing award-winning wines made from grapes grown in sloping vineyards surrounding the winery. Much emphasis is placed on viticulture at the winery as they want to use only the highest quality grapes for their wines.

This "Largest Treehouse in the World" was built by minister Horace Burgess in the 1990's in honor of the Holy Father. It took 11 years to finish and is open to the public. Since its completion The Treehouse has become one of the most visited attractions in Tennessee.

The Palace is fully restored multi-use community auditorium and visitors' center. Originally the Palace was intended to be an entertainment center and has stayed true to that historic vision, featuring live entertainment in variety of musical styles.


The Cumberland County Playhouse is now the only major non-profit professional performing arts resource in rural Tennessee, and one of the 10 largest professional theaters in rural America. It serves more than 145,000 visitors annually with two indoor and two outdoor states, young audience productions, a comprehensive dance program, a concert series and touring shows.

Sequatchie Cove Farm is a 300 acre farm at the foot of the Cumberland Plateau. Only 30 minutes from Chattanooga, the farm is bordered by the Little Sequatchie River and is surrounded by thousands of acres of pristine Tennessee wilderness.
