Located just 60 miles east of Nashvlle in a beautiful country setting in the historic riverboat town of Granville, Tennessee, The Granville Bed & Breakfast offers two houses that can accomodate up to 18 of your family and friends.
 
So take your family and friends to join with them in celebrating the positive things life has to offer - good food, fun, local history, simpler times, a day on the lake, a lazy afternoon with relaxed, comfortable conversation and friendly smiles and faces.
 
 The  Jared House has two private bedrooms, each on a different floor with private baths. It also offers a large sitting area with fireplace, dining room and jacuzzi room. Relax on the large front porch with rockers and an inspiring view of Cordell Hull Lake.  Attention to detail is evident in the personalized service provided each guest.
 
The Carter House has four bedrooms and four bathrooms.  It can comfortably accommodate up to 12 guests (queen size sofa bed).
 
The Bed and Breakfast is adjacent to a 1931 original bank building. Step back in time as you visit the bank, post office, and barber shop museums. Shop for gifts, collectibles and antiques located in the old bank.

$85 per night per bedroom or $150 for entire house/4 guests
$10 per night, per guest over 4
House will accomodate up to 6 guests (sofa bed)

Carter House:
$85 per night per bedroom or $150 for entire house up to 4 guests/2 bedrooms
$20 per night, per bedroom & bathroom over 2 bedrooms*
*$10 per guest exceeding 8 guests
House will accomodate up to 12 guests (sofa bed)
**An additional fee may be charged for reunions, parties, receptions, etc.
