Six rooms of artifacts, documents, photographs and displays recapture the history of Franklin County, including the effect of the Civil War on the area. Open mid-March through mid-December. Admission is charged.
Franklin State Forest was acquired in 1936 from the Cross Creek Coal Company and was highly degraded.
Natural Bridge is a three-acre natural area located in Franklin County. Natural Bridge is a 25 feet high natural sandstone arch with a span of 50 feet that provides a scenic overlook of Lost Cove.
