Eligibility: Entrants must be at least 18 years of age on the day the contest begins, and reside within the United States of America. Employees of the Alliance for the Cumberlands (hereafter AFC); their advertising and promotional agencies, their giveaway prize donors, and the immediate family members of each are not eligible to participate.
No purchase necessary to enter or to win. A purchase will not improve your chances of winning. By entering, each contestant agrees to be bound by these Rules and Conditions.
Selection
Periodically, the Alliance for the Cumberlands will randomly distribute prizes, including, but not limited to items such as outdoor gear prizes, destination passes, audio/visual media, and Cumberland Plateau paraphernalia . Viewers can find entry information cumberlands.org, cpnaturetrail.com, edgetrekker.com and/or the Facebook fan pages of Alliance for the Cumberlands, Edge Trekker, and the Tennessee Cumberland Plateau Nature Trail for more information on the venue chosen for the particular giveaway.
Limit of one (1) entry per person/email address/household, per contest unless specifically stated. Any attempt to submit more than the maximum number of entries using multiple/different email addresses, identities or any other methods may void that participant's entries for the sweepstakes. Entries generated by a robotic, programmed, script, macro or other automated means will be disqualified. No other forms of entry are valid other than that set forth above and in the individual contest instructions. All entry information becomes the property of the AFC. Entrants are subject to eligibility verification prior to selection. Viewers can only win one prize in any thirty (30) day period.
Winner/winners must sign affidavits of Eligibility/Prize Acceptance and Release forms within fourteen (14) days after notification before any prize will be awarded. Photo ID and Social Security number verification may be required. All applicable taxes on prizes are the sole responsibility of the prize winner. Prizes are non-transferable.
Prizes not claimed within 14 days after being awarded shall be considered forfeited and will become property of the AFC. Such prizes may be re-awarded or disposed of at the discretion of the AFC Management.
Prizes: To be determined by AFC Management and will be detailed in each specific contest disclaimer and set of instructions.
Publicity: Prize winners, by accepting prize, agrees to allow contest sponsors and the AFC to use Prize winners name, photograph, voice and/or likenesses therein in contest or contest proof-of-performance publicity.
Limitations of Liability: Neither the AFC, prize donors, sponsors, its agencies, nor any contest entities are responsible for lost, illegible, late, misdirected, incomplete, mutilated, or non delivered entries or email; or for interrupted or unavailable satellite, network, server, Internet Service Provider (ISP), Web site, telephone or other connections, availability or accessibility, or miscommunication, or failed computer, satellite, telephone or cable transmissions, or lines, or technical failure or jumbled, garbled, corrupted, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected transmissions, or computer hardware or software or telephone malfunctions, failures, or technical errors or difficulties, or other errors of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic or network or the incorrect or inaccurate capture of entry or other information or the failure to capture, or loss of, any such information.
Neither the AFC, prize donors, sponsors, its agencies, nor contest entities are responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by Web site users, or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this contest; and assume no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect or delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or tampering with or hacking of the Web site.
The AFC reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with entry process or operation of contest or Web site, to be acting in violation of the terms of the Web site or to be acting in a non sportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to threaten, abuse or harass any other person.
The AFC, prize donors, sponsors, and contest entities are not responsible for injury or damage to participants' or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participating in this contest or downloading or copying materials from or use of Web site.
If, for any reason, contest, in the sole opinion of the AFC, is not capable of running as planned by reason of infection by computer virus, worms, bugs, tampering, hacking, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes which, in sole opinion of the AFC, corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this contest, the AFC reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend contest, and determine winner from eligible entries received prior to action taken, or as otherwise deemed fair and equitable by the AFC.
In case of dispute, authorized subscriber of the e-mail account used to enter at actual time of entry will be deemed to be the participant, and must comply with these Official Rules.
The authorized account subscriber is deemed to be natural person who is assigned an e-mail address by an Internet Access Provider, on line service provider, or other organization that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses.
Additional: Neither the AFC, prize donors, sponsors, its agencies, nor any contest entities accept responsibility or liability in connections with any injuries, losses or damages arising from the prizes awarded.
The AFC reserves the right to substitute any prizes of equal or greater value in the event that prize(s) are unavailable for any reason.
The AFC reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend contest. All decisions by the AFC Management are final.

By participating, players understand that any information provided is provided to the AFC and not to Facebook.
