Tennessee Fall HomecomingOct 12, 2012 - Oct 14, 2012
The Tennessee Fall Homecoming is a mecca for lovers of old-time music—mountain tunes, bluegrass, Gospel, folk, and old country. Bring a chair and join the thousands of folks who make the annual pilgrimage to the Museum of Appalachia's Tennessee Fall Homecoming, one of the nation's largest and most authentic old-time mountain, craft, and music festivals.
And it’s much more than music. The Museum’s mission is to preserve the Appalachian heritage for future generations—hence the demonstrations of old-time skills like molasses-making, rail-splitting, quilting, and much more. Come and visit the most extensive and authentic gathering of old-time musicians and pioneer-type craftspeople in the country.
